ANA President throws out first pitch during Cure Alzheimer’s Fund Event at Fenway

On June 25th, the Boston Red Sox hosted the Cure Alzheimer’s Fund Event at the team’s game against the Chicago White Sox to raise awareness about the disease and efforts to identify effective treatment and prevention strategies. The event helped to honor representatives of the research community, including ANA President, Dr. David Holtzman, who are focused on the science that could lead to a cure or effective treatments. Following the ceremony, Dr. Holtzman threw the first pitch to announce PLAY BALL! All of us at the ANA are grateful to Cure Alzheimer's Fund for all they do in the community and know that Cure Alzheimer's Day at Fenway will only increase generosity and support to their mission.
